Took new wrangler in for 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation No appointment required. Very busy place but service staff very courteous and estimated wait time of 2 hours was accurate. They do a thorough of checking the vehicle out and have taken care of a couple of minor recalls during prior oil changes before any notices were sent out. The Wrangler has exceeded all of my expectations in quality and performance
